Our Data Recovery service is comprised of three steps. First, we will perform an initial diagnosis of the drive failure and can let you know whether data recovery will be possible. If we cannot recover data from the drive, the service fee will be waived. If we can recover your data files, the second step is to backup all standard user files (My Documents, Desktop, Favorites, Downloads, etc.) to an external hard drive. The final step is to restore the files to your computer once any additional repairs have been performed.
