One-Time Data Backup

Most users have years worth of family photos, important documents, financial and tax records, hundreds of dollars worth of music, home videos, favorite websites, and many other invaluable items stored on their computer. If you have ever experienced a hard drive crash, you know that recovery after the fact can be very costly. To protect your important files, we have two backup services available. The One-Time Data Backup service will backup all standard user files (My Documents, Desktop, Favorites, Downloads, etc.) to an external hard drive, CD, DVD, or online backup provider.

Data Restore

So, you accidentally deleted an important file or your computer was hit by a virus and now you need to recover some lost work. If this scenario applies to you, and you have previously backed up your files, then we can assist you in accessing and restoring that information to your system.

Data Recovery

Our Data Recovery service is comprised of three steps. First, we will perform an initial diagnosis of the drive failure and can let you know whether data recovery will be possible. If we cannot recover data from the drive, the service fee will be waived. If we can recover your data files, the second step is to backup all standard user files (My Documents, Desktop, Favorites, Downloads, etc.) to an external hard drive. The final step is to restore the files to your computer once any additional repairs have been performed.
